So this week I thought I'd try something different with the blog and get all face-to-face with you. So come meet me in my meditation room and listen to me getting soul-to-soul with you, spilling the beans about my recent bout of anxiety!!

Obviously anxiety manifests in different ways, from different causes for different people and so often the best form of healing comes from aligning meditation techniques with some form of counselling or life coaching to help you enquire into the thought behind the emotion.
I'm always here for you if you'd like to pop over to the meditate with mish page, otherwise I suggest to ask those people close to you and get their recommendations. When you begin this self-enquiry work with someone you often dive deep into your subconscious patterns and beliefs and so it's important to connect with someone you can trust. You also want someone who is skilled in guiding you to your own answers (that's where real transformation begins) and help you nurture and develop that connection that I know that you know you have with your higher self.
