Thanks for taking this very valuable moment of your life (all moments are special!!) and spending it by checking out the Meditation with Mish blog. I am truly honoured :-) (BIG CYBER HUGS)
So as this is the very first Meditation with Mish blog, I thought I'd let you know what you can come to expect from me writing this blog, what kind of things you might be reading and I'm guessing that you will be soooo inspired that you will check back often, comment and even ask me some juicy questions!!
So for those that know me, you are already accustomed to my meandering realisation stories, excitements and general "ahharrr I've finally worked out the meaning of life ... or have I?!!" epiphanies. These can often be long winded, go down many different paths, of course always coming back to the point (come on ... I do have some method to my madness), but I'm not going to lie, they can be overly colourful and you really need to put aside a fair slab of your time if you're ever brave enough to call me or have a chai or two or three with me.
Did I say I was going to inspire you to keep checking in to my blog?!!
Well what I can promise is that I'm going to cut the crap in this blog but still keep the essence of my "ahharr's" in tact so that you can benefit from the wisdom I "download from the universe" (said in a sooo very serious tone) in HALF THE TIME!! Waaahooo!! Now if that aint inspiring you I dont know what will ... ok I'll even throw in a set of steak knives because I'm sure they'd come in handy at some time ... maybe?! (Dad joke alert!!)
So yes, I can assure you this blog will have tid-bits, tips and tastes of all things Meditation, but it will also touch on the bigger picture, you know, how does this benefit my journey, how can I use this to make a difference in this road-block I've hit, seriously what the hell am I doing here ... and all of that fun stuff!!
So enjoy! Check back often, please comment or share your wisdom (and of course feel free to share the blog link with others). The best way to expand along our journey is to do it together!! YEAH!! Its ok to steal (okaaay "borrow") other peoples wisdom, you don't have to be wise all on your lonesome.
So here's to stealing my wisdom and hopefully you'll give me the opportunity to steal some of yours too ;-)
Cheers to that!
