Thank you for this, Mish! I loved it. I just found your blog from Rachel's sharing post. I didn't get a chance to do the chanting yet but just listening to it was enough to give me what I need right now.
I've been trying to figure out a way to work at home without getting too lonely, and I think that following posts like these where I can connect with a voice (and you have a lovely voice!) and have an intention will help tremendously. The meditation challenge looks like something that I need to start this week! Can't wait to have some quiet time to do some chanting and follow along with your posts. :)

Wow Mish! What an amazing meditation, thank you so much for sharing this. I've been doing a lot of clearing out work lately and busting through my fears which at times hasn't felt great. This meditation was exactly what I needed. As soon as I started chanting I had the biggest smile on my face and my heart centre felt so full and my fingers and toes were buzzing. PERFECT start to my day! xxx

This is so beautiful Mish. I'm listening to the beautiful sounds through my headphones at work (great way to cancel out the casino sounds!!). I cannot wait to follow it properly tonight xxx
