So now for a quick recap ...
So to re-jog your memory about the last blog post, what we learned from Dr Joe Dispenza was that thoughts create chemicals that are released in our body and create feelings. When we start feeling a certain way we start to think thoughts equal to the feelings. So if we think happy, we feel happy which has us think happy :) If we think poor, we begin to feel poor which has us think poor.
When we continue this cycle for some time we start to become addicted to those chemicals, those "happy" chemicals or those "poor" chemicals (or whatever chemicals you tend to roll with) and so, as with any addiction, it is a challenge to break these chemical patterns.
We begin to believe our thoughts and feelings as real, and not as the addiction that they are, and so it becomes a big struggle and almost uncomfortable to be wealthy if we are addicted to "poor" chemicals because where will our "poor" thoughts come from to give us our chemical hit if we are experiencing wealth? More than likely, we subconsciously sabotage our wealth in order to get our chemical hit.

But I really want to be wealthy so what do i do?
Yeah so this all sounds pretty hopeless then hey?! I'm addicted to chemicals that I'm not aware of, I have thoughts that my subconscious addiction is driving, which makes me feel poor and when I'm thinking and feeling poor I tend to act poor and because of this I'm going to sabotage all my efforts to be wealthy ... now thats just ace!
I know it all sounds pretty dismal, but don't they say the first stage to enlightenment is awareness? Or did I just make that up??

I think that Aristotle knew a thing or two, so the best way to create change is to get wise and begin to know yourself. By begin, I really mean begin because until the day you die you will be getting to know yourself, so take the pressure off yourself Jack, slow down a knotch and know this is just one onion layer of the never ending onion that is you.

So what to do? Get to know yourself. This process might take a little time, like I said it may take your whole life but lets get started ...

Lets begin the work!
So we are going to use the example of "being poor" but wanting to "be wealthy", as I'm guessing that's what you're interested in if you've come this far reading this post.
So firstly get clear on the area you are working with so "poor" and "wealth" is about MONEY right? So the area of our life that is not working as well as we would like is MONEY and we would like to create change in this area.
You could also replace MONEY with RELATIONSHIP, CAREER, FAMILY, FRIENDSHIPS, CONFIDENCE, LIFE!

Now ask yourself, and be patient with how deep you may-not get as you first think about this. Allow the subconscious to become conscious over time, so ask yourself;
"What are the THOUGHTS I have about MONEY?"
Commit yourself to say a week, to flesh out and write down all of the thoughts you have about money. These may be from the past, the future, they may be about yourself with money, they may be about other people, they may be about what you can't purchase or what you can. Write down the thoughts you have about what is possible with money. Just spew out everything and anything that you THINK about money.
"What are the THOUGHTS I have about MONEY?"

Whatever you do, just write all of the ACTIONS down when you are feeling and thinking about money.
So now you've written down all of your subconscious actions around money. Here is a little clip that talks about "inspired" action and how that can be created through first aligning our thoughts.

(Pat, pat, pat) Not everyone wants to be aware of the icky little creatures that live in their subconscious mind. And I'm sure you've discovered some quite interesting patterns of thought, emotion and action, like "Oh my goodness do I actually think that?!"
How exciting, now that you have brought these patterns into your awareness you can now create change in this MONEY area of your life. You definitely can't change something you "don't know" that you "don't know", now can you?
Can you smell the hundred dollar bills yet?
So the next step is the Meditation process where you will access the slower brain waves of the subconscious mind, ensure these "subconscious" patterns are committed to your conscious (so you can see them coming and they don't run the show automatically) and then, the exciting bit, CREATE how you choose to think, feel and act and wire this into your subconscious so this new way of BEING becomes natural and normal and subconscious to you ...
