starts Thursday 23rd of July 2015

Do you need a little time for you Mum? Are you feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, perhaps emotional and tired?

Kundalini Meditation is for Mum's who need to give back to themselves. We focus on Kundalini Meditations that release stress, soften emotions, increase energy and support self worth as well as relaxing with the healing vibrations of the Gong.

You'll also get a chance to meet other Mum's who are feeling the same way you do and join them on the journey together.

what others have to say about kundalini yoga & meditation courses

"Honestly, I feel amazing right now. Just completing the last exercise and comparing how I handled it with the first week, I can see/feel/experience how far I have come. I don't mean to sound over the top- but finding this Chakra Cleanse and Kundalini Yoga has literally changed my life. I did not know what to expect in terms of Kundalini Yoga, but I have gotten so much out of it. Self knowledge, Chakra Balance, regained sense of self belief and self-commitment and an open and free way of looking at my experiences."
Amanda Edwards - Spirit Seeker Coaching
"I feel grateful for the time to look inward, allowing myself to have this time. I feel connected to myself and I feel aware of the need to nurture my spirit. I felt incredibly lost and blocked and on a day of asking for answers but not knowing where to start, I saw the notice in a cafe about this course. It has helped me commence a journey. I have loved the course and am keen to learn and practise more. I spend so much time rushing/working and little time on quiet meditation/self nurture. I have learned how to connect with people better and leg go of past fears that have held me back. It has been so wonderful to experience the love (and hard work) and recognise where my past feelings have come from and that I can let them go"
Tanya Austin
"I am more relaxed, even a friend commented on this. I feel stronger and much more open hearted and open to ideas. I feel I have improved vitality in different parts of my body and in my mind. I have an improved sense of wellbeing, patience, seeing the "big picture", and communicating this with loved ones"
Scott Wearne
"I am feeling more in tune with my mind and accepting my feelings for what they are. Happy, grateful, connected. I was hoping to grow in my meditation abilities and become more in tune with myself. I have gained more than I ever dreamed of in such a short time! I gained the ability to learn to accept my feelings, connect with my higher self. Be more in tune with all."
Deanna

what do i bring?

Yoga mats are provided. I suggest bringing a towel or a sheep skin rug for extra comfort on your mat. Kundalini Yogi's use Sheepskin Rugs as they help to reduce static electrical energy that may interfere with the energy movement through the Kundalini Yoga practice. This is of course not compulsory, just an idea ;-)

Bring along a blanket or shawl to cover yourself at the end of the practice for relaxation time. This is an important time to help your physical body, mind and energetic body integrate all of the great work you will have done. It's important to feel safe, relaxed and comfortable for a deeper experience. And a good blankie always helps that doesn't it? ;-)

Wear comfortable clothing (yoga pants, tracksuit pants, shorts) and perhaps some layers on top. There will be times you may get hot during the practice and other times that are meditative where your temperature may drop. Your shawl or blanket will help with this too, but I suggest layers.

You're welcome to wear white if you like although not compulsory. Kundalini Yogis wear white as this colour reflects all that is outside of you so that you can go fully within yourself. It also expands our auric radiance by 1 foot. Watch out in the front row! ;-)

You're also welcome to wear socks if you like. Most of our practice will be seated so you're welcome to wear socks throughout the practice to stay warm as you choose.
