Whether you are a Beginner Meditator or you've been Meditating for years, during this Day Retreat Mish will support you in not only learning EASY techniques to calm your mind and increase your focus but will most certainly teach you the way in which you can apply these newly learned skills to make a difference in your life in those "stuck" areas. Those areas that you feel numb or frustrated or worried about, those areas of life that perhaps you've given up on. Your relationships or significant relationship. Your health. Your feelings and emotions. Your state of mind. And your general happiness and direction in life. You will learn how to apply these meditation techniques to free up these areas of your life, transform them and restore hope and peace of heart and mind.

Introduction to Meditation
For those who are beginning a meditation practice or those who are old timers, it’s always helpful to gain a fresh perspective on what meditation is, how it works and how can you apply it. We will begin with a guided meditation that makes meditating easy for beginners and adds depth for those who are practiced meditators.
Health & Healing
We’ve all heard that meditation can have positive effects on our health, but how does that work and how can we apply it? We learn all about the stress response and how to induce the relaxation response, as well as how our thoughts and beliefs can impact on the health conditions we manifest.
Creating Change & Manifestation
How can meditation help me create all that I desire for my life? We will learn how our subconscious habits impact on what we are experiencing in our lives and how meditation gives us access to not only see those habits but rewire them to align with what we wish to create and experience. We practice using our subconscious during meditation to create our Ideal Day.
Breathing & Emotions
How is breath awareness during meditation so transformative and how can it help us with how we are feeling? We learn how to best use our breath for transformation, how the breath works in relation to our emotions and how to use meditation to move through our various emotional states.
Meditation might help me and my life, but how can it make a difference with how I relate to others or even how others relate to me? Learn how meditation can help you tap into the power you didn’t realise you had within your relationships.
What does this buzz word “mindfulness” mean? We will learn how to apply meditation every moment of every day to make our lives richer, more rewarding and connected.

Coming across the course was almost coincidental. When I heard of the course, all of the topics seemed to be exactly what I had needed to get me back on track and better handle my life. I achieved the main intentions that I set at the beginning of the course which word to understand and work with my emotions. I feel more okay, accepting and able to handle them better. I am also able to better maintain and have strengthened a healthy relationship with my partner. My emotional troubles often go between us a lot. Now it doesn't. We are much closer and it feels like more of a two way street. I'm able to contribute more and also give more attention to him. I also feel more intune with myself and more open to my intuition.
