I would love to invite you to spend a morning in my home on the NSW south coast meditating with me.
Whether you're a first time meditator, you've been meditating for a while or you've meditated in one of my courses or classes before you're invited to a morning of meditation with me. If you need a little time for yourself, time to practice within a group, learn some new techniques, or just be guided into the practice of meditation come and join me in my home on Sunday 18th September from 8am. |
the day retreat proceedings
When
Arriving at 10am you'll be greeted with a cup of tea and I'll guide you into how to meditate and some simple take home practices that will make a difference to your health, emotions and relationships. |
Where
We will share a delicious healthy lunch (included in the cost of the day retreat) and have a chance to connect and chat with like-minded souls. |
How Much?
We will have a chance to get amongst nature, to journal, have some silent reflective time and be guided through meditation and mindfulness and will close our day around 3.00pm. |

Once organising your payment I will send you a confirmation email with my home address, directions and how you can prepare for the experience as well as checking in with your dietary requirements.
