one week of new year meditation mornings

Let me support you in starting the New Year with a regular morning practice of  Meditation. From Monday 9th January until Friday 13th of January meditate daily with me, choosing from the 6.00-7.00am session or 9.30-10.30am session, each morning and learn 5-10 transformative Kundalini Meditations that you can use as a resource throughout your year.

Kundalini Meditation incorporates a mixture of mudras (hand positions), pranayam (breathing techniques) and mantra (sacred sounds and chanting) for specific mental and emotional outcomes.

Throughout our week together we will be practicing two meditations a day and then receiving a Gong Healing in relaxation.

This week will ensure you start your 2017 peacefully, mindfully and more connected to yourself and your true desires for the year.

what do i bring?

> We will be sitting on couches or pillows on the floor. Feel free to bring your own pillow if you so desire.
> Wear comfortable clothing and layers as the weather is still up and down this time of year, or if you're on your way to work, feel free to wear work clothing. You're also welcome to change in my bathroom if you need to.
> Feel free to bring along a journal and a pen if you like to write insights or experiences down for later reflection.
> You don't need to take your shoes off if you'd prefer not to, but if you like being shoeless, you're welcome to do that too!
