In this Transform Anxiety Online Course, myself, Mish Schaffer (Meditation Teacher, Yoga Instructor and Women's Cycle enthusiast) alongside Suzie Weber (Naturopath & Nutritionist) will guide you through 4 weeks of powerful natural health advice and easy to implement lifestyle & dietary changes, as well as Meditation and Mindset techniques to reduce the extremity of anxiety in your life and transform your relationship to your experience of anxiety.
Week One
In our first week together, we will work with the foundations and root causes of anxiety.

Suzie will be taking us through Foods that Transform your Mood, the importance of Gut Health and assisting you in gradually creating these changes in your diet and lifestyle.

I will be getting you started with Meditation & Mindset techniques to support & transform your relationship to Anxiety. I'll help you to reframe how you approach your feelings every day so that you're no longer fearful of the overwhelming sensations in your body.
Week Two
This week, is all about the importance of Sleep.

Suzie will guide us to understand how our Sleep plays crucial role in supporting or sabotaging our mood and also how exercise and our blood sugar levels can be a factor in increasing or decreasing anxiety states.

I will be supporting you with Meditation tools to support your Sleep as well as decrease your daily & moment to moment Stress Response.

Week Three
Healthy, happy Hormones are what we will focus on this week.

Suzie will educate us in the power of healthy hormones, how our hormone imbalances may be contributing to our anxiety as well as how to support ourselves in balancing our hormones.

I'm going to share with you about our hormonal cycles and how to accept and even use the power of these cycles for your growth, both spiritually and emotionally, and how to let go of our resistance to our cycles.
Week Four
And finally in Week Four, we will talk about the Brain.

Suzie will inform us all about Brain Health and give us suggestions on foods and nutrients that can support optimal brain health.

Mish will teach you how to use the power of your Brain, rather than it using you. How you can use visualisation techniques to rewire your brain/body connection to reduce automatic stress responses and anxiety states so that YOU can choose how you want to feel and respond to your life.

how does it work?

Once you sign up below with PayPal you will be sent to a page with a link where you can request to be added to the Transform Anxiety with Suzie & Mish Facebook Group. I will then add you and you can watch our Introduction Video.

Each week we will join you on Facebook Live video in this Transform Anxiety Online Facebook Group on a Saturday morning from 9.00am-10.30am Sydney EST to guide you through the course (as listed above), answer your questions or speak about and help you with how the content may personally relate to you, and we will give you easily implementable practices to take with you into the week.
We will also post Workbook Content and Recorded Meditations in this group to support you to ensure you get the best results from our time together.

You can join us for the LIVE class on Saturday mornings and engage with us and the others in the group or if you can't make the LIVE class times, you can schedule in another time that suits YOU to watch the REPLAY. The REPLAY'S are kept in the Group indefinitely. The only thing we ask, for your benefit, is that you schedule to watch the REPLAY within a week of the LIVE date, so before we record the next LIVE video. That way you will keep up to date with us week to week and we can support you more fully.

And just so you know, when we are LIVE with you, we can't see you and neither can anyone else. You can just see us! So no need to dress up, just be comfy and somewhere you have the space to listen, so you get the most out of the course.

You can ask us questions and get support LIVE by commenting on the videos and, if you'd like to, you can connect with other Members of our Group through the comments section. And another "just so you know", no one will be able to see you BUT everyone can see your comments, which is actually really helpful to everyone else in the Group, but if for some reason you have something personal to ask, you can always Private Message either of us.

If you are watching a REPLAY you can still comment on the video about your experience or ask us any questions you have as we will be checking these regularly to answer your questions and support you.

what do i need?

You do need a Facebook Account and your email address and/or name on your Facebook Account needs to be similar or the same as the one you supply to PayPal when you sign up below. If you're unsure, after you sign up send me an email at mish@meditationwithmish.com

You can join in on the LIVE class recordings or watch a REPLAY from any location with Phone Service or Internet Access.

All you need is a device that links to Facebook (phone, ipad, laptop, desktop computer), a Headset and a comfy place to sit and be able to listen intently.
